If you want to get a digital version of your Aadhaar (e-Aadhaar) from DigiLocker, follow the steps given below:
- Visit the DigiLocker official website.
- Login to your account, sign in and enter your Aadhaar number.
- Generate OTP by clicking on “Verify”.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
- The “Issue Document” page will be displayed. Click on “Save” to download e-Aadhaar. Your Aadhaar card has been downloaded online through your DigiLocker account.
How to get a print of e-Aadhaar card after download
Once you complete the process of downloading the Aadhaar card online, you can also print a copy. Your e-Aadhaar is in PDF form, so you can open it with the help of a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat. Then, you can choose the print option on your device and print the Aadhaar.
