Download Aadhar Card Using Aadhar Number 

You can download your Aadhaar card online using your Aadhaar number:

1. Visit the official Aadhaar website.
2. Select “Aadhaar Number” option.
3. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and your security code.
4. Click on “Send OTP”. You will receive OTP on your registered mobile number.
5. Select the option to download “Masked Aadhaar” card.
6. After receiving the second OTP, you have to click on “Verify and Download”.
7. Your Aadhaar card has been downloaded and the downloaded card will be in the download folder on your device.

Steps to download e-Aadhar card by name and date of birth

If you want to download Aadhaar card online using your name and date of birth, you must first get your Enrollment ID (EID). This is possible with the following steps:

1. Visit the 'Get EID' page on the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) website.
2. Enter your name and security code.
3. Click on “Send OTP”.
4. Enter the OTP received on your mobile phone and click on “Verify OTP”.
5. You will receive 'EID' on your mobile phone.
6. Next, you can use your EID to download your e-Aadhaar card from the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) website.
7. Go through a similar menu-driven process where you enter your EID and security code, receive OTP, verify the OTP, and download your Aadhaar card online.

Steps to download e-Aadhar card by Virtual ID (VID)

One way to download Aadhaar card is by using your VID or Virtual ID by following the following steps:

1. Go to Aadhaar portal.
2. Click on “VID”.
3. Enter your VID, Security Code.
4. Generate OTP and enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
5. Your e-Aadhaar will be downloaded to your device.

Downloading e-Aadhaar Card using Enrollment Number (EID)

If you have applied for your Aadhaar card and have not received it yet, or want to download the Aadhaar card, you can do so with your Enrollment ID (EID). The steps are given below:

1. Visit the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) website.
2. Click on “Download Aadhaar” option and enter your EID and your security code.
3. Generate an OTP which will be received on your mobile number.
4. Enter the received OTP and click on “Verify & Download”.
5. Your Aadhaar card has been successfully downloaded and it will be in the download section of your system.

How to download e-Aadhaar from DigiLocker account

DigiLocker is a cloud-based platform built in collaboration with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) to provide e-cards to users when their DigiLocker is linked to Aadhaar card. If you want to get a digital version of your Aadhaar (e-Aadhaar) from DigiLocker, follow the steps given below:

1. Visit the DigiLocker official website.
2. Login to your account, sign in and enter your Aadhaar number.
3. Generate OTP by clicking on “Verify”.
4. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
5. The “Issue Document” page will be displayed. Click on “Save” to download e-Aadhaar. Your Aadhaar card has been downloaded online through your DigiLocker account.

How to get a print of e-Aadhaar card after download

Once you complete the process of downloading the Aadhaar card online, you can also print a copy. Your e-Aadhaar is in PDF form, so you can open it with the help of a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat. Then, you can choose the print option on your device and print the Aadhaar.
